How do I schedule a tour of the community?
You can schedule a tour online through our website, through our listing partner sites (ILS), or by calling our leasing office at {{ community.phone }}. We’re happy to help you find a time that works.
Do you have virtual or self-guided tours available? If so, how do I schedule or view this type of tour?

You can view our virtual tours directly on our website. Simply visit the community page and select the virtual tour option.
What are your leasing office hours?
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: Closed
Do you offer any move-in specials?
We occasionally offer move-in specials. For the most up-to-date availability and offers, please visit our website or contact the leasing office (on approved credit).
What income requirements do you have for applicants?
Applicants must have a combined gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent.
What is your Application Fee?
$50 per applicant (18+). Application fees are non-refundable.
What is your Administrative Fee?
$150 administrative fee per unit due at move-in (non-refundable).
Do you require a security deposit, and if so, how much? Maximum Deposit
Yes. Security deposits start at $500 and may increase based on screening results.
Deposit disclaimer (website): Deposit listed is with approved credit. Based on the credit application, deposits may be up to one and a half months’ rent (maximum: 1.5x one month’s rent).
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes, we accept qualified guarantors. Additional requirements and documentation apply—please contact the leasing office for details.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
No. Subletting and lease transfers are not permitted.
Do you require Renters Insurance? If so, up to what amount do you require coverage for?
Yes. Renters insurance is required prior to move-in and throughout your lease term, with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late beginning on the 4th.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A $50 initial late fee is assessed on the 4th of the month, plus $10 per day thereafter until the balance is paid in full (per lease terms).
What forms of payment do you accept for rent?
Rent payments are accepted online through the Resident Portal.
What utilities are required in the rent?
A monthly utility package includes water, sewer, trash, gas, pest control, and parking: $80 for 1-bedroom homes and $90 for 2-bedroom homes. Electricity (APS) and internet service are billed separately by the provider.
What appliances are included in the apartment?
Apartments include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and an in-home washer and dryer.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
Yes—each apartment includes an in-home washer and dryer.
What amenities are available for residents?
Residents enjoy a pool with cabana and BBQ, a BBQ patio with cornhole, and an on-site dog park.
Is parking available? If so, is there a monthly fee?
Yes. Gated covered and uncovered parking is available. The east lot offers open parking, and the west lot offers reserved spaces. Parking is included as part of the utility package.
Do you have EV charging stations? If so, what is the policy for use?
Not at this time.
Do you have a dog park or pet washing station?
Yes—our community features an on-site dog park and pet waste stations. We do not currently offer a pet washing station.
Do you have package lockers or package delivery services?
We do not currently offer package lockers. Delivery policies may vary by carrier—please contact the leasing office with questions.
Do you have on-site maintenance, and how do I request a service?
Yes. We have on-site maintenance two days per week, with 24/7 emergency maintenance available. For non-emergency requests, submit a work order through the Resident Portal or contact the leasing office. For emergencies, please use the after-hours line.
Are there any community events for residents?
Not at this time.
Is there a preferred employer or student discount program?
Not at this time.
